The Powerboss Integra is your complete fixed speed induction motor solution.  With its many programable features it can be tailored to your exact needs.  The main features of the Powerboss Integra are:

• Soft Start/Stop
• Optimisation whilst running
• Many programmable features depending on the application

The Soft Start feature prevents a high in-rush current and uncontrolled torque causing unnecessary damage to your motors.  The Soft Start feature is effectively an electronic clutch which provides a gradual uptake of power with smooth step-less acceleration causing less stress on your equipment, for example motor contactors, drive chains, conveyor systems, etc.
The Soft Stop feature of the Powerboss Integra is particularly applicable to pumping applications, these are vunerable to damage from hydraulic shock caused by fluid surge.

The Optimisation feature assesses the load on the motor every cycle of the supply and adjusts the voltage accordingly.  Thus giving your motor intelligence and only 'feeding' it the energy required to complete the task in hand, without reducing the speed of the motor.  Also, by monitoring the motor flux, the Powerboss will prevent it from stalling.

To the right is an image of the current range of three phase Powerboss Integra units avaliable.  The different sizes are due to the varying kW rating on motors used by industry.  Each unit can handle a specified motor rating range.
